Monitor student progress and behaviour, providing feedback and reporting concerns to relevant staff members. Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for supporting student progress and development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students facing challenges.
