Reporting to the Head of Reward you will manage a team of four responsible for full lifecycle remuneration activities for an executive population of c.350.
You will act as a change agent, driving innovation, automation remuneration policy and process change.
We are currently partnering a recognised UK brand with their search for a Senior Manager of Exec Rewards based in Edinburgh or West Yorkshire with good hybrid working arrangements.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role will have a key focus on Exec Compensation.
You will lead Director & Executive level remuneration reports, working through policy and all related external remuneration discovery across the group.
