As a SEMH Teacher for White Trees Independent School you are responsible for the teaching of pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and/or have ADHD, PDA, OCD, ODD.

White Trees is an independent Secondary school that specialises in working with pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
The main purpose of a Tutor is to ensure the effective learning of their pupil being taught, whether that's within classroom environment in a classroom setting or out in the community.
As part of the Attendance is Everyone's business agenda, we are excited to bring this new role to the Virtual School which is specific to improving attendance and educational engagement for some of our most vulnerable children and those with an EHCP.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised person, who can match the pace of our busy office and busy (virtual) school environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hertfordshire Virtual School in the Extended Duty Team for Children with a Social Worker (CwSW).
The deputy head would be responsible for the management of a small site which caters for a maximum of up to 20 pupils, they would also be expected to manage the staff allocated to that site.
