The Role As a Candidate Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you are the essential link between our educators (candidates) and clients, ensuring we can meet their staffing and supply needs. You are not required to have experience in this career previously, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering the Secondary and SEN sector and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
