The Role
Provide technical guidance, organising, and carrying out ecological surveys, such as protected species surveys and extended Phase 1 habitat/UKHab surveys.
Preparing bids for various projects, as well as surveys of protected species, flora, and environment.
As a dynamic and growing business, we are looking for a self-motivated and positive-minded Principal Ecologist to join our friendly team in our Manchester offices.
The successful applicant would be involved in all areas of our work, managing a team of ecologists to find ecologically smart, commercially efficient and cost-effective solutions for projects on a variety of scales.
Day to day, you would be managing individual contracts and supporting staff, drafting high quality reports and reviewing technical work, whilst supporting clients and their design teams to identify solutions to their problems.

I am currently seeking a senior environmental acoustic consultant to work for an award winning multidisciplinary consultancy to be based in their office in the North West.
You need to have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience of working in Acoustics, Noise and Vibration, a degree in acoustics or environmental science and a post graduate qualification in acoustics.
