This is an office-based role located in Swallowfield.
We continually build upon our worldwide client base of over 8,000 customers and contacts.
Managing Customer Accounts in-line with contractual commitments and ensuring Program expectations and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Acting as the key interface between Customers and the Internal Support Departments ensuring strong and lasting relationships are built and maintained at all levels within both organisations.
Facilitating communication and exerting influence across various IT categories and suppliers.
Cultivating, sustaining, and influencing stakeholder relationships to ensure procurement aligns seamlessly with broader business objectives.
Providing leadership beyond the procurement function, focusing on strategic elements that significantly impact the overall FSO (Financial Services Organisation) strategy.
