Position Overview The position of Client Development Manager is to prospect and onboard new clients. To have responsibility for existing client communication and relationship building. To manage clients on a day- to-day basis and ensure that their briefs and strategy are being met within agreed service level agreements and timescales. Structure Reporting to the Managing Director, you will also build strong relationships with: - The Technical Team The Paid Team The Content and Social Media Team The Senior Management Team The Administration and Finance Team Key responsibilities Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline for prospective clients. This includes creating and managing a prospect database Be responsible for handling new business enquiries Building good relationships with agency partners. Be active and authoritative on Social Media platforms, particularly LinkedIn Improve and develop processes to engage with new prospective clients and partners Be the main day to day contact for clients and ensure they are kept up to date with progress Maintain and develop client relationships Understand the client's goals and objectives and effectively communicate them to our internal team Hold regular progress and update meetings with clients and feedback relevant information to the appropriate team members Assist with organising and participating in client presentations and pitches when required Drive Zelst brand values to all contacts and work closely with the team internally to ensure delivery of our brand promise Through continual innovation and superior customer service delivery, ensure that our high standards of customer service are delivered to improve client experience and aid in client retention Prepare targeted, well-researched, innovative and relevant proposals when required To be responsible for our competitor analysis and identifying areas of interest or concern for Zelst, including offering solutions and new ideas to keep us 'Fresh' in the Search Marketing Sector Develop a knowledge of the benefits of Search Marketing and keep up to date with the latest industry developments and news Produce required reports in a timely and accurate fashion Key skills, experience and attributes To ideally have a sound understanding of agency environment and be comfortable with technology and social media channels Excellent communication skills Excellent rapport building skills Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply Highly organised with ability to multi task and prioritise. You will also be expected to travel to client sites and other external meetings. The role is for between 24 and 37.5hours a week. Position Overview The role of SEO Strategist is to create and implement creative and effective SEO strategies for our clients ensuring that their objectives are met. This role involves client and prospect liaison and assisting the Head of SEO with the day-to-day management and mentoring of the SEO Team.
