Our client seeks a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable e-commerce Team Coordinator to join their busy and friendly team. You will also be responsible for workload management of a small team (no direct reports) and pick up special projects for our website, supporting the Head of e-commerce & Marketing. There is the opportunity to manage the sales through eBay and Amazon. You will be responsible for processing sales made via our website & third-party partners and also for looking after our customers on a daily basis, offering support, addressing concerns, making sales, and fielding questions. To be successful in this position, you will be a self-motivated team player, persistent, knowledgeable, with a friendly can-do attitude. Duties and Responsibilities: Management of the teams workload, including allocation and fair distribution along with ensuring all areas are up to date, providing processing support where necessary Working alongside the Head of e-commerce & Marketing to provide support for special projects developing our website, including liaison with agencies and third parties QC of the website, identifying any concerns with the Head of e-commerce & Marketing and addressing them accurately and in a timely fashion Management of upload and sales via eBay and Amazon channels Processing sales orders received via our third-party partners, organising diary bookings and liaising with customer and partners Processing of sales received on our website from receipt through to organising delivery of the goods and keeping our 38 branches up to date with their latest bookings Interact with customers on the phone, email and internet in a professional and friendly manner Interact with our suppliers and partners by phone, email in a professional and friendly manner Answer customers questions about our products or company, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations Initiating return of goods and collections, from start to end of the process Invoice query checks and sign off Update our in-house order and CRM system with latest progress of an order, order amendments and new orders. Other duties include: Maintain accurate and up to date client files Generate quotes for customers as requested Suggest additional products and services of use to customers Conduct basic administrative tasks such and copying, filing & Invoice checks Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise Be flexible in your approach and happy to assist colleagues with workload as the need arises Database product updates Additional duties not listed above but relevant to your role Requirements: Experience of working in an e-commerce position would be advantageous Experience of managing eBay as a sales channel would be desirable Proven experience in customer service Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to customers Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Outstanding phone and email communication skills Innovative thinker with a positive attitude Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging customers and during busy periods Able to multitask Ability to work on your own initiative but work as part of a small team Keen attention to detail Ability to learn about our changing product range Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment Altitude-Recruitment Limited acting as an Employment Agency and Employment Business.
