You will work 22.5 hours a week at Thornford Park in Thatchamwhere you'll be responsible for identifying the evolving needs of staff, which will see you provide resources, plan events and be a point of contact for those who may need further wellbeing assistance.
Liaising with the Regional Wellbeing Lead, you will deliver communications, initiatives and regular and themed wellbeing events, which you will have an allocated budget and stock, which you will need to manage.
