As the Learning and Development Business Partner, you will be working with the Senior HR Business Partner and the leadership team on site, your role will be to lead change, build skills and capability, engage and motivate staff, develop their talents and improve the potential of staff.
I'm working with a leading FMCG client who are looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join the HR Team at their site in Lifton, Devon.
You will also carry out continuous evaluation of training requirements to look at ways to continually improve the learning and development opportunities and ensure that the needs of the site are met.
