The Governance Officer (Senior Secretary/Administrator) will support the Deputy Trust Secretary and the Trust Secretary in delivering the highest standards of corporate governance in the Trust, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework, Trust licence, relevant legislation and Trust Constitution.
