As the successful Sales Executive your duties will include: Guiding customers around the luxury showroom, answering any queries and providing valuable advice. Ability to showcase outstanding product knowledge to clients and enthusiasm when taking them through the design process step by step. Keen understanding of timelines and the ability to close sales efficiently. Prospecting and generating new leads. Building and maintaining existing client relationships. Working towards company targets and aiming to achieve and exceed wherever possible. Tracking enquiries, raising quotations and managing all client communications. Working closely with multiple teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation. Ensuring all matters of health and safety concerns are reported. Skills required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using Navision would be advantageous. A clear understanding of the differing needs of client groups and business channels. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work from technical drawings would be beneficial but not essential. Quality Administrator Key Details Work hours: 37 hours per week Location: Hillsborough, Sheffield Job type: Permanent, Full-time Independent Forgings and Alloys (IFA) is one of the UK's leading independent aerospace and industrial forgers. The unique feature about IFA is the combination of open and closed-die forging while also undertaking the whole production process from raw material to the finished product in one location. Operating from a 680 000ft2 facility in Sheffield, we manufacture high-integrity, open-die and closed-die forged components in nickel alloy, titanium, stainless steel and carbon alloys for customers and tier-one suppliers within the aerospace, nuclear, power generation, marine as well as oil and gas sector. Main Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that IFA product meets customer requirements. The primary aspect of the role involves the production of a variety of quality documents to the highest standards of the Aerospace & Defence industry. Key Accountabilities Liaise with departments to promote a standard of product and documentation excellence. Review works route cards and other quality release documents for compliance to customer purchase order requirements. Produce final release documentation (Certificates of conformity, Customer concession documentation, Despatch documentation etc.) Produce and submit first article inspection reports packages to customer requirements. Produce departmental purchase orders. Approved final release signatory for IFA product. Any other duties as may reasonably be required such as: Analysis of quality and product data as required. Drafting quality procedures as required. Skills and Experience Essential: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Windows-based data systems. Ability to work to deadlines and keep calm in stressful times. Excellent communication skills. Flexible and proactive approach. Ability to work in a team as well as on your own initiative. Qualifications Essential: Educated to 5 GCSE's A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English.
