We are seeking a highly organised, IT literate and pro-active individual to manage busy Examinations department, working across there Group You would be responsible for all examinations activity across the Group including set up, recording and detailed analysis whilst ensuring compliance with JCQ/awarding body regulations.
Previous experience as an Exams Officer/Manager is preferred, however someone with experience in an administration/office background in a school setting would be considered.

Manage the School Information System (SIMS) so that its maintenance is up-to-date and that the capacity for its use is developed to meet the needs of the school.
Operate an annual programme of assessment and contextual data collection and analysis relating to the school under the direction of DHT Standards.

The Role: As the Term Time Examinations and Admissions Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of examinations administration.
You will be responsible for liaising with staff and exam boards, managing exam rooms, and coordinating invigilation support.
Additionally, you will oversee the admissions process and provide general administrative support as needed.
