You'll work with Customer Partners to support and empower our customers, helping them maintain their tenancies and make positive changes in their lives. Join us and make a difference! This is a permanent, part-time position, working 28.75 hours over 5 days a week. What you'll be doing Take charge of inquiries, signposting, and referrals to other teams or services. Assess referrals, assigning them to the appropriate Customer Partner. Offer basic support to customers, providing advice or onward referrals. Maintain accurate customer and property data, updating systems. Monitor work queues to ensure timely customer support. Act swiftly in customer crises, reporting Safeguarding concerns. Liaise with relevant teams for seamless customer service. Assist with budget requests, purchase orders, and arrange services. Track budget expenditure and maintain precise records. About The Role Dealing with customer queries and ensuring a high quality customer relationship is achieved. Your main aim will be to resolving incoming customer queries and orders professionally and efficiently, while adhering to company processes and policies. You will carry out a range of guest services duties to a high standard ensuring a high quality service is delivered. You will be working on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, earliest start 09:00, latest finish 20:00, 37.5 hours per week on a permanent, full time basis. You will also: Ensure the customer is always informed and up to date. Deliver a range of guest services. Take responsibility for the administration of customer queries and records. Liaise with other internal departments professionally and courteously, maintaining a strong and productive relationship. Meet targets in query resolution, call handling and quality.
