This is a fully office based role based in Sheffield.
An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Advisors to join our clients team on a full-time, temporary basis.
Training for the first week, from 1 July 2024, will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and after training, the working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm with the possibility of working Saturday from 9am until 1pm.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in a contact centre and comfortable in a multi-screen environment.
We are currently seeking passionate Customer Service Advisors to join the team starting the 24th June.
The role involves providing first-time solutions for customers via telephone and email, ensuring excellent quality of service within agreed handling times.
This is a temporary on-going assignment (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm)
Deliver services to the required Service Levels (SLAs) and high-quality standards
