The company are located near High Wycombe in Bucks, working hours are 35 a week and on top of the salary there are some excellent benefits to include a 10% discretionary bonus.
Working as part of a friendly Customer Relations Team, you will use your customer service skills to respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
The hours of work are on a weekly rota basis between 07.00 - 19.00, Monday to Friday (8-hour shift).

Due to an upcoming maternity leave within the Customer Service team we're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the business on a 6 month fixed term contract.
There is potential for the contract to be extended and as a growing business, this could lead to future permanent opportunities.

Working for a well-established medical company your role will be to provide excellent customer service at all times, promoting products and services via telephone/email/live chat.
You will receive and make calls/emails giving advice on products, sending samples and making follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also be required to manage your own administration, maintain the database and achieve monthly targets.
