This role is a short term interim assignment for an undisclosed period of time but most likely somewhere between 4 and 8 weeks to cover a long-term sickness within the team. The Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the hiring processes within the business to hit designated targets as well as partnering efficiently with stakeholders. You will sit within a small sized department with large amounts of coverage and the ability to see your work have its effect within departments and sites that you partner with. Description The Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for: Partner with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees and manage current recruitment requirements. Build relationships with stakeholders to effectively support them in their recruitment needs as well as the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business Partner with the wider HR team to grow the Talent Acquisition Manage the recruitment processes for roles mainly focused within the Blue Collar departments from Job Description and Advert stage through to onboarding. Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Profile The ideal Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following skills/qualities: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Experience of posting and CV searching on job sites like Indeed, CV Library and Reed. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems - Ideally SuccessFactors Strong interpersonal skills Good written and verbal communications skills Ability to work to deadlines Available to start immediately Ideal Candidates will have the following: Previous experience working with technical skillsets and how to talent pool Knowledge on how to recruit in areas with scarce talent pools and for candidates with scarce skillsets Job Offer The Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will receive: A competitive pay rate of up to £25 an hour inclusive of holiday pay.
