The role people focused, building a strategic plan to develop your team, accounts and achieve targets with customers. This will see you coaching, developing, motivating, and supporting your team of account managers. Commercially astute you will contribute to the strategic direction of the business and demonstrate strong leadership, and to act as a role model whilst supporting company values across your team. We're looking for someone who: Has a proven track record of managing a high a performing sales team and increasing revenue and market share. Is used to regular 1-1 coaching and performance management Are a great coach, identifying learning needs to enable team to reach their full potential Superb analytical and planning skills and competent with IT Superb communication/negotiation skills up to boardroom level Develop relationships with key customers and influencers in your area Have a solid understanding of sales process.
