Conference Manager Experience This position would suit someone with proven experience of managing large international conferences or exhibitions and has excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail skills. Experience working with academics would be helpful, and an understanding of not-for-profit pressures would be a bonus. Location & other information The office location will be based in Oxford (OX4), there is free parking offered however they are situated close to public transport links. The successful applicant must be available to commit to attending this event, which will take place 31 st August until 4 th September 2026. This is a full time, 2 year fixed term contract, with a potential to become a permanent employee.
