The Events Administrator role is crucial to the growth and efficiency of our team and services.
You will play a key role in supporting the development of new team "Event Decorations Assistant" members, ensuring our event decorators and planners receive the guidance and feedback needed to deliver excellent client experiences.
You'll start by assisting with our backdrop and decoration training programs, matching clients to our trained staff, and collecting client feedback to continually enhance service quality.
This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained some experience as an Events Officer, Events Coordinator or Events Assistant.
Alternatively, this role could also be a good match for a broader marketer such as Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager who have done some events work in the past.

This prestigious professional membership body is looking to recruit a part-time Events & Meetings Administrator to manage the core administrative responsibilities within their regional office, including delivering engagement events and supporting integral committees.
Key Responsibilities of the Events & Meetings Administrator
Plan and deliver regional engagement events, both in-person and virtual, in liaison with subject matter experts.
Provide logistical and administrative support to key committees, including undertaking minute taking responsibilities.
Events Executive / Coordinator who has excellent organisational, time-management, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as great knowledge of Microsoft Office is required to join our team at The Army Benevolent Fund (ABF), which is the Army's national charity, supporting soldiers, veterans, and their immediate families in times of need.
