Part-Time Administrator Based in Ratho fully on-site role 3 full days per week preferably Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday Temp role until at least 1st July strong potential to be extended & may become permanent Up to £14.00 per hour (depending on experience) Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our Nationwide clients on this temporary role in their Ratho office. This role is part-time as a job share with someone who works Monday & Thursday each week so someone who is happy to work the days above would very much be preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support across a number of departments & functions within the business. In this role you will be responsible to execute the delivery of logistics planning of our onsite technical workforce to ensure delivery of agreed services to our customer in line with Contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Some other duties include; Monitor trends via Power BI Dashboard in engineer performance (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting negative trends to the operational delivery team/Team Leader Maximising utilisation of direct labour, reporting absences and identifying potential shortfalls and mitigation. Analyse jobs for both reactive and PPM's, allocate to the correct resource based on location, skill, priority, PPMS and customer requirements. Live monitoring for both reactive and PPM's jobs and reporting any scheduling issues or call progression problems to the relevant person as appropriate. Ensure clear and concise quality updates reflecting true job progression are being used and coach engineers where applicable. Identify, analyse, and improve upon existing processes to improve the way we work as a team. Prioritise numerous PPM'S. Continuously monitoring the progress of work whilst communicating any delays to the relevant people. Effectively manage a significant workload in a fast-paced environment. Effective tasking and direction of engineering workforce to complete Reactive, Quoted, Planned and Statutory Maintenance tasks within contract KPI's and legislative requirements. Work in conjunction with the Operations/Delivery Managers to ensure seamless management and delivery of contracts. Ensure any interactions with all customers reflects positively on the company. Support with the scheduling of subcontractor work as and when required. Ensure all engineer paperwork is quality checked prior to processing as required, and etc To be considered for the role you must have the following skills and experience Exceptional communications skills and have the ability to liaise with management and operatives at all levels.
