Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well known organisation based in Hackbridge, who are looking for Service Coordinator or Call Centre Agents to join their buzzy team!
This is very different to the average Service Coordinator role; you will be handling incoming calls and taking information, asking questions to ensure high quality of information is obtained, liaising with internal and external contacts, and providing important input into the outcome of each and every call.
As a Service Coordinator you will have to diagnose problems and handle complaints whilst handling high volumes of calls.
