Our client, a leading London University, is currently looking to recruit a full-time Events Administrator to support the Events Team. The post is to start as soon as possible and is a 12-week temporary role. The post will be hybrid working. Key responsibilities for this post will include: Liaising with a variety of key stakeholders and inbox management Management of content uploaded to the University's website and various communication channels Processing and managing large databases and content for activities and events Using templates, produce materials including email invitations, briefings and brochures ensuring that they meet branding requirements To be considered for this role you will have: Worked in a similar post previously, ideally from a higher education setting or similar Experience within administrative support and event management Experience with editing, web content management software, databases, and email communication management tools Experience of supporting university events This position is being offered on a temporary basis, to start as soon as possible, so you will need to be available immediately or have a short notice period to be considered.
