I am currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Conference Administrator to coordinate and support the planning and execution of a company's conferences and events.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the coordination of speakers for the event.
This will include setting up panel preparation calls, issuing invitations to Leadership Roundtables, managing speaker contracts and coordinating and verifying speaker/event details.
The primary function of the Event Manager role is to sell and promote the hospitality business across the Ealing council corporate estate at any other LB Ealing-contracted venues as required.
The hospitality and events team is a key part of the ICT and Property Services department, delivering high quality event and meeting services to the council and external clients and responsible for meeting challenging income targets.
We are delighted to be working with a local school who are looking for an Exams Administrator join them on a temporary basis starting 1st May until the end of June 2024.
This role can be available for part time and full-time.
A start of 7:30am / 8am is required and a minimum of 5 hours is required.
The role is varied and will consist of a variety of admin tasks, including travel, meeting booking, scheduling catering and assisting new joiners with any issues.
