As an Event Technologist at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and execution of technology solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of a multitude of event technology solutions (registration, mobile apps, badges on demand, appointment scheduling, attendee communications, event analytics, attendance tracking, virtual event platforms, audience response systems, gamification, etc.
This position reports to the Manager of Event Technology and will consult with clients both internal and external on how event technology solutions can best achieve program goals and provide guidance on event technology design & best practices.
We are currently seeking a Special Events Assistant, to join our Events team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul's Cathedral for a fixed term, 12-month, contract.
As part of the team, you will provide essential administrative support in the planning and delivery of special services and events within the Cathedral including high profile and Diocesan services, fundraising and other non-corporate events, such as exhibitions, social events and receptions.
In addition, you will administer the Cathedral-wide diary.
