We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator, ideally someone with a scheduling background as this job will require managing engineers by logging breakdowns and sending them out to sites.
You will need to be competent in Excel with a confident on the phone manner.
Good UK geographical knowledge would be an advantage.
Based in Staines-upon-Thames in Surrey, this is a full time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) in our client's housing inclusion team and you will be required to identify and investigate instances of individuals sleeping rough in the borough.
