Monitor Sub Contractors and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits. To work alongside colleagues to plan for operational excellence and Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation, including setting objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved To take a lead role in your area for health and safety within your unit and other national and international standards and legislation and ensure that the operation is compliant Build and maintain positive, open relationships with colleagues, Team Members, and superiors A vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the whole business run smoothly by ensuring an effective relationship with colleagues. Manage and implement new business from Sales to Operations. Accountabilities and Activities: The following KPI's have been set at the start of your employment. Some of these targets will remain consistent whilst others will be amended to suit the needs of the business. This will be agreed at the time of change.
