ICT Teacher Location: Wyre & Fylde Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Salary: Competitive rates in line with Teacher Pay Scale Reed Education is actively seeking a motivated and skilled ICT Teacher for an immediate start in a long-term, full-time role within a secondary school in the Wyre & Fylde area. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ICT curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to nurturing an engaging and dynamic learning environment. Day-to-day of the role: Delivering ICT lessons to students at KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5. Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that engage and challenge students. Assessing student progress and providing feedback to support their development. Creating a positive learning atmosphere that promotes student participation and inclusion. Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's ICT department. Engaging in ongoing professional development and contributing to the wider school community. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Recent relevant experience teaching ICT at KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience being advantageous. Demonstrated excellence in classroom practice with strong subject knowledge. A reliable and committed individual who can serve as a positive role model.
