SEND Teaching Support Opportunity - Radlett - Term Time, 30 Hours per Week
We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and experienced in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
This role offers 30 hours per week, during term time only, with the working hours set from Monday to Friday.
Supporting our CAMHS services primarily across the London, East Anglia & Southeast region, join Elysium as the Regional Training Officer, where you will provide high quality classroom & Virtual based training, on-ward coaching, and support in all aspects of required training including the Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (MVA) across the region.
Reporting to the Deputy Regional Training Manager, you will liaise with the central L&D Team and the senior management at services across the region to identify staff training and development needs, and support the planning, organising, and the delivering of appropriate training.
