Your new role
As an SEN / Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and behavioural challenges.
You will work closely with the class teacher to implement individualised learning plans and behavioural strategies, ensuring each student can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Prospero Teaching are working with a Primary School in Stockton-On-Tees who are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support a pupil with SEN on a full-time basis
Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
The role will involve supporting the pupils with their learning on a 1:1 basis, so the successful candidate will need to be a resilient practitioner and have excellent relationship-building skills.
