We are looking to build up a team around a young gentleman, to support with a long-term aim of moving out of the family home and into his own accommodation.
General
We would like to find someone who can develop a trusting relationship with him, based primarily in the family home to begin with.
Our suite of children and young people's residential services provides trauma informed care to looked after children with complex trauma presentations, mental health difficulties and/or risk behaviours.
As a key part of our team, you will work directly with the children and young people to complete psychological assessments and trauma informed interventions.
You will provide support for recovery through the Ashurst Mastery Model which promotes assets, reduces barriers, prevents and mitigates the impact of trauma and prevents harm and/or re-traumatisation.
We are recruiting for a pharmacy dispenser for the dispensary services and the post holder will be expected to help provide excellent pharmacy services by helping ensure there are enough medicines in clinical areas.
Secondary duties include ordering, preparing and dispensing medicines.
