Role Overview: They may also be required to carry out ad-hoc works as directed by the EMCOR Facilities Management Team. Act as an advocate of good practice for the company. Ensure areas of responsibility are kept clean at all times and are of a consistently high standard. Conduct all necessary daily maintenance and upkeep of plant machinery and tools. Respond efficiently to ad hoc requests. To contribute to the delivery of the service requirement by carrying out any other related tasks as required. Ensure that the cleaning equipment and machinery are used correctly and cleaned after use. Any defects should be reported immediately after they are noticed. Check and ensure PPE is suitable and fit for the task and activities being conducted Any other duties as directed. The Cleaning Operation has the following primary goals: To ensure that all EMCOR operations are maintained and provided with high standards. Reflect the flagship status of the operation, working to best practice standards in manpower control, housekeeping, and safety. Support operations in the instance that the Supervisor is unavailable, ensuring service levels and production does not suffer.
