My client is a Legal 500 law firm based in North Hampshire who is now looking to recruit a Legal Secretary into its busy commercial property department on a full time, permanent basis.
You will need to have 95% accuracy on typing, a minimum of 60 WPM typing speed and digital dictation experience.
Drafting requirements will cover both commercial and operational aspects as well as legal and compliance-related provisions (such as warranties, indemnities and limitations of liability, GDPR and competition law).
We are looking for a highly motivated Lawyer or Contracts Manager with contract drafting and negotiating experience, who wants to work on all aspects of distribution contracts in a demanding environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a small team of people to ensure that business priorities are understood, and activities are completed in an expeditious manner.
