Essential Criteria for all candidates: The successful candidate must have experience of working within a Warehousing environment, at Supervisory level or above. Confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2. Excellent IT / Computer skills. Happy to undertake the Assessor award (for trainee candidates). Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Duties: Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Warehousing, Trade Supplier and Customer Service Levels 2/3. Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT Level 2. Visit and observe learners in their place of work, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs. Work to learner review and completion timescales. Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. The Role As an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for accurately processing customers' orders to agreed service level agreements for the production of certificates/e-certificates and skills registration SmartCards/e-Cards. Scanning and uploading learner images, you will enter learner details onto Quartz and produce skills registration SmartCards or e-Cards. Gaining an understanding of specific rules and combinations, you will develop the knowledge to implement skills awards accurately. Managing the post, you will co-ordinate and log batches for future processing, identifying issues with paperwork and clearly communicating any errors in application to customers.
