My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Placement Sufficiency Programme Director on a Contract basis. The role will deliver a highly ambitious programme, leading on the cost efficiencies and sufficiencies of the Council's placement function for children leaving care. About the role: Based in Central London (Remote): Lead the programme to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints. You will be able to galvanise and put in place capacity across the organisation. Navigate and encourage collaboration across the Council, especially relating to adults, corporate services, property services, and housing. Manage two project managers who are allocated to support delivery of the programme. About you: You will have the following experiences: Experience in leading major programmes and projects Substantial experience in Children's Services, ideally working with the Placements function. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to navigate various departments within the Council. Interim Head of Finance This is a temporary role for approximately 2 to 3 months whilst a permanent Head of Finance is being recruited. You will work 4 days a week, 6 hours a day 10am to 4pm just outside Bowness on Windermere. The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations for an Arts Trust organisation and will act as Company Secretary. As a member of the Senior Management team, the Head of Finance plays a key role in the strategic development and will provide advice and support on financial matters as reasonably required.
