Working with the mailing house to ensure the correctness of the lasering and mailing process. Working with the postal provider, confirming projected volumes, checking handover reports and minimising costs. Working with the warehouse and call centre to keep them informed, including when there are land issues that will affect order levels. Effectively managing samples and seeds, budgets and costs. Understanding what is working and what isn't and informing future drops. Working with the Financial Director and Marketing Director at key budgeting times. Briefing the creative studio on book versions Direct Marketing Manager - Skills/ Experience needed: You will have a solid understanding of direct marketing processes and analytics, an excellent grasp of?customer database?methodology and CRM programmes and strong?numerical and analytical?skills - with emphasis on results measurement and response forecasting.
