£40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience and industry knowledge) No weekend work! Our client, who distribute a multitude of products from ducting, system components, MVHR units, and accessories into the heating & ventilation marketplace is keen to recruit a Distribution Branch Manager to join their team. An ideal candidate will be someone who is working as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor within a similar environment, not necessarily within the same product line. Job Content and Duties: Oversee and manage all aspects of the distribution branch, including salessupport, operations, and customerservice. Implement efficient inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels. Provide leadership and guidance to the branch staff, fostering a positive and collaborativeworkingenvironment develop cultural growth. Collaborate with internalsalesteams to identify market opportunities and develop relationships with key customers. Work in conjunction with the Director responsible for P&L budgets, developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor and analyse branch performancemetrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards. Proficient in management and distribution software. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Professional Experience and Background Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the distribution industry and/or similar industry sectors, preferably within the ventilation or heating industry. Strong background in managing distribution or similar industry sector operations. Previous experience in a leadership role within a distribution or similar industry sectors company as either a branchmanager or assistantmanager / seniorsupervisor. Proven track record of successful team management and achieving operationaltargets & KPI's. Experience implementing and adhering to Health & Safety Regulations and Legal Compliance Operational and HR best practices.
