Your New Daily rate: up to £230 PAYE/£301 umbrella (inside IR35) equivalent of up to £60k

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work for this established Distribution Company in Stevenage.
You will be working as part of a large team in an open plan, fast paced office environment, providing administration support to the Account Managers and making sure that the orders taken by the project team arrive in a timely fashion, pass through the operations department as required and are dispatched to the customer as required.
Main Duties will include
Dealing with an existing customer base of business clients.
With this position you will be based in one of ourstores and required to travel to our local stores in Stevenage, Harlow, Borehamwood, Edgware and Stanmore (travel expenses paid when traveling to one of the additional stores).

Working alongside and being trained/mentored buy the Director, the role is primarily involved with liaising with both clients and suppliers and managing Worldwide Sea Freight Imports and European Road Freight jobs from start to finish.

From quotation stage, making bookings, arranging customs clearance, monitoring shipments in transit and processing final invoices and maximising the Gross Profit whilst giving excellent customer service.
The role would be supporting the Area Sales Manager by going into existing customers (Builders Merchants) and doing product demonstrations, Training the staff and customers, up selling the products and Merchandising.

PRINCIPLE SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES
To drive sales through product demonstrations and customer product training exceeding KPIs targeted.
