Learning Disability & Autism Division
Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a driven, passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who is committed to those who require our services and the staff in our teams.
We want someone who is focussed on the quality and development of clinical outcomes, as well as the overall management and leadership of the occupational therapy service within the division.
We have an exciting opportunity in an Active Community programme for a Community Partner to work across two coastal communities - Worthing (Sussex) and Thanet (Kent)
This role is a combination of working out in the local communities and being home based.
It is a full time (37.5 hrs per week) fixed term contract until April 2027.

Requirements: Previous experience supporting people with a learning disability and mental health and a full UK driver's license.
Shift Pattern: BANK up to 20 hours per week - 8:00am - 15:30pm, 15:30pm - 23:00pm, 23:00pm - 8:00am.
