Are you a talented marketer with experience in Social Media, Events Management, and Content Creation? We're looking for an 'all-rounder' to join our independent manufacturing business as part of our marketing and communications team. This is a 6 month contract initially with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team after that. You'll be responsible for managing all of the social media platforms, creating regular newsletters using CRM and Mailchimp, delivering content across various channels including marketing collateral, social media, website via WordPress and events coordination. You'll have the opportunity to work on branding projects as per the requirements of the business while sourcing promotional merchandise for use at exhibitions/trade events. We need someone who is flexible and adaptable to working in a small team environment, is able to take responsibility and work autonomously where required. You will be a great communicator with an ability to collaborate effectively while multitasking and managing a variety of tasks at once. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, takes pride in doing a good job with strong attention to detail. You'll have the opportunity to learn and develop your marketing skills while gaining insight into the workings of the business which can include client visits, working closely with the engineers and product development attending awards and exhibition events. If you have strong organisational skills with proven experience in marketing administration; managing 3rd party relationships (design agencies etc.), delivery of briefs, management of invoicing and budgets, raising PO numbers etc. updating records, updating website collateral - then we would love to hear from you!

Description The successful "Product and Propositions Manager" will be responsible for: Working cross-functionally to prepare and deliver the pilot strategy for a new product proposition. Monitor and curate the proposition to deliver a successful implementation. Identifying gaps and improvement opportunities within the processes Develop implementation plan to move from pilot to potential launch Profile A successful "Product and Propositions Manager" will have the following expertise: Ideally you will have worked in a business where there has been both physical and service led propositions.
