Your new company My client has over 15 years experience in the financial sector, providing B2B and B2C customers with services to enhance their working lives and manage their financial plans. Due to upcoming web projects and business growth, the job of Digital Marketing Executive is available on a permanent contract, based at their Weybridge offices with hybrid home-working. Your new role You will play an important role in supporting both day-to-day digital campaign activity cross-channel, as well as exciting web projects - redesigning and launching new sites, launching new digital products, and integrating digital services from newly acquired business areas. You will assist in the planning, execution and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media (organic and paid), digital advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) and content marketing. You will also manage and optimise website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic (SEO), using data to assess web performance, social media engagement, campaign success and inform decision-making (GA4). This job will be a mixture of digital campaign activities; supporting the marketing team with CRM and Social Media components of wider campaigns, as well as owning and managing the content calendar for Web and Social. You will also have a strong involvement with the website - optimising the site for search (SEO and PPC), creating and optimising content, managing page performance and the customer journey (for B2B and B2C customers and sites), and using Google Analytics to understand and improve web performance in generating leads. What you'll need to succeed You will have broad Digital Marketing experience, with knowledge across multiple channels - email and CRM, website management, SEM, content, social media, and digital analytics. You do not have to be a technical expert in all areas, but a strength in website operations (creating and uploading content, SEO, PPC, web analytics) would be preferred. You will have experience working on, if not leading, digital campaigns and a strong understanding of utilising multiple channels for maximum impact with audiences. Ideally, you will have some content design experience (Premier Pro, Canva, Adobe Design Suite etc.), experience with SEM tools (SEMRush, Google Ads etc.) and the ability to utilise analytics software (Google Analytics preferred). You will be confident communicating and collaborating with others, both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders, with a proactive approach to tasks and an ability to work independently. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of between £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday bank holidays (rising each year up to 30 days), a generous matched pension contribution, access to dental and medical health plans as well as financial planning and support. You will also receive lots of training and development opportunities from an open and collaborative culture. You will work in a hybrid way, with 2 days in the office and 3 days of home working available after probation.
