Come and join us as a results driven Showroom Sales Assistant on a flexible hours basis to grow and deliver sales as part of a hugely successful branch team.
You will be contracted to 20 hours a week, but you will be flexible to work a weekly pattern of up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays and meet business needs
The role
As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you know that the perfect bathroom needs planning, it requires trust, a creative flair and the ability to bring an idea to life - this is where you come in!
Your responsibilities will range from managing your own P&L to recruiting, leading, and motivating your team in order to achieve and exceed your sales targets, by building strong working relationships with the local trade.
