As an Employee Engagement and Experience Manager you will play a key part in the HR team and have a people centric approach. As a trusted partner for employees, you will oversee the day to day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will have an understanding of company needs, providing HR advice to support positive change and provide exceptional employee experience. KEY DUTIES: Act as a trusted and strategic partner within the company, understanding business needs and aligning HR processes and advice to support organisational goals. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the employee life cycle. Ensure an 'outside in' approach across HR operations. Provide a commercial and pragmatic approach to the advice & support you give. Lead 2 direct reports. Utilise HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, identify gaps and provide insights. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Champion a people-centric culture by developing and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, minimising risk and protecting the company. Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and support career development initiatives. Understand the commercial aspects of the company and how HR operations can drive business performance and profitability. Align workforce planning with business needs to ensure the company has the right talent to meet its operational objectives. Design and manage programs that enhance employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, development, recognition and off boarding. Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistency and alignment in employee experience initiatives. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the employee experience. Monitor and evaluate key metrics to relating to employee engagement and experience and provide regular updates to the leadership team and wider business on these metrics.
