Ensure the smooth running of the development critical time lines, sampling, budgets and supplier and materials coordination. General admin responsibilities as required to be successful in the role. Starting ASAP, hybrid working 2 days office, 3 home, but on occasion during range times you will be in the office full-time. Part-time days Mon-Thur. £170-£181 per day (PAYE). Our client is in an early phase of their life cycle so, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to make a real, tangible, impact on the organisation's future success, from both a financial and delivery perspective. At present, offices are based in Northwest London with travel required twice per week. The interim Development Finance Manager will be responsible for; Appraise new investment and development schemes to ensure viability. Providing financial support to operational stakeholders in acquisitions and development teams to ensure delivery without overspend. Writing business cases with in depth analysis and highlighting areas of financial and regulatory risk. Modelling scenarios to review outcomes and guide decision-making, as well as plan robustly. Support the businesses wider financial management and accounting through the provision of financial information and strategic decision. The successful candidate will be: A qualified accountant with a background in investment/development finance. Well-versed in supporting capital project delivery in the public or private sector, ideally construction projects. A strategic thinker with a excellent communication skills. Advance in their use of Excel and comfortable handling/analysing large data sets. The contract is Inside IR35 and will be paid via an Umbrella Company.
