Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager will be joining a growing sales team where you will be responsible for developing new business and growing sales across the region.
Duties and responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
Identify and develop significant profitable business with new customers in order to increase sales in line with business targets.
To manage the team of developers supported by analysis, development, test, and delivery management skills in assuring that the features that the team builds are valuable and at a high level of quality.
To assure the team has the appropriate skills, process, and practice to achieve a successful outcome.
To derive metrics that allow schedule predictions to be made with a good understanding of the fidelity.
