The main points of the role are: Make all "kitchen samples" Work closely with NPD technologist and the NPD Manager to manage key timings/workload. Keep abreast of kitchen ingredients/packaging, ensure traceability clear tub identification, allergen segregation, BB date rotation within the kitchen and cupboards Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the packaging area within the NPD kitchen, and cupboards. Aid with sample preparation demands box up, print labels and addresses ect. Support team with workload to "get the job done" Ensure that clean as you go is maintained through out the day and complete a weekly deep clean. Attend team meetings as required Ensure consumables and ingredients are kept on top of i.e. piping bags and raw materials are always in stock. Ensure all NPD freezers are in order and residual samples disposed of. Support with ad hoc project work. Support trials and launches when required i.e customer sample collections and raw material collections. Support with AWs and PH recording. Support with NPD documents when needed NPD folder organising, Organs, Factory paper work To comply with and assist with implementation of company food safety, quality, and legality policies as they relate to the role. Demonstrate energy, drive, innovation, and enthusiasm an essential skill to work with on-site clients in a fast performance driven financial services environment.
