You will have access to a massive client bank of existing clients not only looking to remortgage residential and buy to let portfolios, but also purchase new properties. As a professional in the mortgage market, of course you will be encourage to continue to expand your own referral and recommendation business and deal with any existing clients you may have. What would be required CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and signed off as CAS. Minimum 1 years whole of market experience, not single tied. Ability to provide ethical and best advice. What you'll receive Generous commission of 80% of all broker fees and procuration fees received for self-gen (including further business from company data) 50% for company data. Protection commissions of 150% of annual premium. OTE £80k-£150k self-employed, with existing team members earning £200k-£300k Support and Development to further career Full support with any marketing and social media you wish to undertake. Those wanting to study further and obtain the diploma in financial services can do so via their academy and qualify to provide full holistic financial advice. This is a seriously high achieving role and this role requires full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, whole of market experience and sign off as Competent Adviser status, if you do not have this we will not proceed with the application.
