We are looking for an experienced General Manager from the Hospitality/ Hotel, Leisure or Visitor Attraction sectors (NOT Food & Beverage) to join this established immersive family attraction business and deliver a seamless guest experience, managing a team, health and safety, budgets and stakeholders in order to maximise profits and enhance engagement.
The General Manager will report to the Operations Director and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site and team, ensuring staff are trained and providing a first-class service to guests and continually developing the brand and customer offering.
