A prestigious Construction Consultancy in Cardiff is actively seeking a driven Construction Project Manager to become an integral part of their esteemed Life Science team.
As a Project Manager in this role, you will have an active involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle, assuming a leadership position in project delivery.
This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a variety of challenging projects, particularly focused on the transformation of office buildings into wet laboratory spaces, serving both landlords and tenants.
As the Project Manager, you will be working for a respectable and thriving main contractor managing a multimillion project and will be responsible for delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have previously worked for a tier one main contractor and Health schemes and have recently managed multimillion pound schemes.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years BDM experience within a lender environment and will have current knowledge of bridging finance, and potentially also development finance or BTL Mortgage experience.
