Company - Leading Access Control Specialist Job Title - Head of Product and Marketing Location - Poole, Dorset Salary - £85k - £90k per annum We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Product Management & Marketing who will assume ownership of all product management marketing operations, leading the product steering committee. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of product strategy and marketing from the committees' decisions and output to assure alignment with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and efficiency, leveraging a deepunderstanding of market dynamics and customer needs to enhance product offerings and market presence. Proven Experience - Extensive background in product marketing and development with demonstrated success in leadership roles. Financial Acumen - Strong understanding of financial metrics including P&L, margins,and ROI. MarketInsight - Deep knowledge of market trends, product lifecycle, and customer segmentation. Strategic Thinking - Ability to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies. Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with data capture technologies, software solutions, and a strong foundation in software engineering or computer science is preferred. Finance Assistant Salary: Competitive (up to £30,000 per annum) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Day-to-day of the role: Managing the Sales Ledger, including raising invoices and issuing customer statements. Handling the Purchase Ledger by filing and posting invoices and receipts, and reconciling supplier accounts. Conducting daily bank reconciliations and assisting with managing cash flow forecasts.
